Subscription Refunds: We offer prorated refunds for subscription services if the user requests a refund within 01 days of the initial subscription purchase. c. Refund Process: To request a refund, users must contact our customer support team with their refund request and provide relevant details, including the reason for the refund request and proof of purchase. d. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 15 business days of approval.

  3. Non-Refundable Items: a. Completed Courses: No refunds will be provided for courses that have been completed by the user. b. Partially Completed Courses: Users who have completed more than 10% of a course will not be eligible for a refund. c. Digital Products: No refunds will be provided for digital products, downloadable content, or access to exclusive resources.

  4. Exceptions: a. Extenuating Circumstances: We understand that certain situations may warrant exceptions to our standard refund policy. In such cases, users are encouraged to contact our customer support team to discuss their circumstances. b.
